DeskAlerts comes with Desktop Client Builder application that allows you to build fully custom desktop clients using configuration files. It allows you to place your own icons, logo, change colors. You can change all dialog windows, like options, about, or add your own. You can change menu structures as you want. For example you can remove "Disable alerts" options, and put shortcuts to your intranet sites, forum, CRM software to help ease navigation of your corporate resources.

Alerts customization
The DeskAlerts Server comes with Control Panel that allows you to fully customize your alerts. You can use templates to change the look of your alerts.

Internationalization
DeskAlerts Client can be localized easily. You can translate the 'Change Client Configuration' file in the software to provide your office with localized versions. For example, you could provide your Chinese office with Chinese version, French with French version etc.

Modular architecture
The DeskAlerts Server has modular architecture that allows using different add-ons. You can choose to use only the functionality you want. This uncovers new possibilities.
