With Non-exclusive development, we will either modify the DeskAlerts core offering or develop a new add-on that we will add to our core product line, making the new functionality available to our other customers. This option provides the benefits of the same ongoing support, fixes and updates of our other standard offerings.
With Exclusive development, we will develop a new release or add-on specifically for you that will not be made available to other customers.
