Message encryption
With Encryption Add-on, all messages between DeskAlerts Server and Client will be encrypted. We use RC4 128-bit strong key to encode.

Hosted within your company network
DeskAlerts Server is hosted within your company network. That means that you completely control communication. Your information will not have to be delivered via unsecure channels like Internet. No information will be transmitted to a third-party. Only address the recipients you choose.

All data stored in database
All data is stored in secure and highly recommended for corporate environment Microsoft SQL. Data centralization allows you full control. You can easily backup or move to another server, in case of hardware failure. You can always check who and when sent information, what information was sent, and who received it
