DeskAlerts is an internal communication solution that sends highly visible notifications via eight channels to desktops, laptops, mobiles and digital signage screens.
Sending a desktop email notification is easy. Simply choose email as an additional messaging channel when creating a pop-up alert or scrolling ticker. Or choose to send your message only by email.

An email alert system is an automated system that sends email alert notifications to emails as well as to other channels at the same time.
Some email clients will allow you to only receive automatic email notifications for certain types of emails by selecting an option in the settings. You should check your email client’s user guide to see if you are able to do this – for example, check to see the instructions for an email notifier for Windows.
It is possible to send just emails via DeskAlerts and not send to other channels by using DeskAlerts as a desktop email notifier.
