The [Université Catholique de Louvain](https://www.uclouvain.be/fr) (UCLouvain) is Belgium’s largest French-speaking university, offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs to more than 30,000 students in almost all fields of study.

**Summary**

An in-house pop-up system wasn’t effective enough for UCLouvain to broadcast urgent information across its large university community.
